Requirements for the entry of domestic animals to Uruguay
Permission for minors
The Minor Permission is an express authorization from the legal guardians of a minor under 18 years of age to renew or obtain their own passport and/or to travel alone abroad. To obtain the Minor Permission, both parents (or guardian) must present themselves at the Consulate with their personal documentation (passport, identity card, marriage certificate, birth certificate of the minor, death certificate of father and/or mother, etc.) and the minor's identity card, in order to obtain a new Passport, renew the existing one, or to be included in the mother's and/or father's Passport
